There are two main grades of Colombian coffee - Supremo and Excelso. Supremo does not mean it's better than Excelso in terms of flavor or cup performance. We know that Excelso beans whilst smaller in size can deliver exceptional sweet flavors and fruit notes and to be honest. Variety: Arabica - Caturra, Castillo
