Store coffee in a dry place, away from air and sunlight.
The flavor of coffee is at its peak within 1-2 months after roasting, after which the "aroma and flavor clarity" will gradually decrease. How quickly this happens depends on your storage method.
If you store it for too long, the beans will lose quality, aroma, and the flavor will change. Once opened, roasted beans or ground coffee should be used within 2-4 weeks. If you need to buy a large amount, we recommend dividing it into smaller, vacuum-sealed bags and freezing them.
For orders placed on our website and Line Shopping, we cut off shipping at 8:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
For orders on marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, we ship every day, with no days off. We use a fulfillment service to ensure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.
If your net order total (after discounts) is 600 Baht or more, you can use the code freeship to get free shipping.
Our website offers a variety of payment methods through the Pay Solution system, including credit cards, debit cards, True Money, Internet Banking, and direct bank transfers to our company account.
Our website does not currently support cash on delivery. If you wish to use this payment method, you can place your order on Shopee or Lazada.

Simply paste the tracking number from your order into the chat, and the system will provide an automatic update.
